This shall be made effective by continually improving our products and services and by the implementation of our Quality Management Systems in accordance with the requirement of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

The Quality Policy shall be realized through the following Quality Objectives:

• Provide products by meeting customer requirements.
• To develop employees through training for knowledge and skills.
• To Minimise the wastage/Rejection to the level of 1 %.
• To improve sales by at least 2% p.a.
• Reduction of customer complaints by 6 nos. every year.
